I see the “humanness” in everyone I work with, knowing that at the core we all need to feel safe, to feel loved, to feel accepted. In essence to be seen, heard, touched and understood.

I am a woman in my fifties who has been through it all.. or so it seems. The ecstatic highs and the gut wrenching painful lows. I have experienced pain and injuries, sexual trauma, miscarriages, cancer, alcohol abuse, loss, anxiety, shame, and deep feelings of unworthiness. I have also experienced amazing wins and accomplishments. I have had the privilege to attend many trainings, workshops and courses to keep me learning and growing. I raised 3 kids, had a 27 year marriage, built a successful business and learned to love, accept and honor myself and all that is.

I owe so much gratitude for VITA, as it has changed my life and brought me home to myself. One year created great shifts within me, I feel like I am now thriving, I am now owning who I am and what I am here to do.

I am a ex-wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, an entrepreneur, a home owner and so much more. I am an artist, a dancer, a healer, a yogini and a tantrika. I am a lover of life and all things momma nature. I am a devotee to Shakti- the Goddess energy.
